Janice Moore is an Outer Banks native who  attended Yoga Teacher Training at NC School of Yoga, the only school in the world certifying students solely in Sri Dharma Mittra's classical and traditional practice of yoga. She is trained in the ancient art of Traditional, Classical Hatha-Raja Yoga, which incorporates physical asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation with relaxation. She also received training through YogaFit International as a YogaFit Kids instructor. Indigo Yoga opened it's doors for business in October 2008. The studio is quaint and calming with great energy. Indigo is committed to spreading the love and joy of yoga and connecting with students while helping them reach a state of whole health & mindfulness.
Janice is also available to come to your location for private, group, vacation, or corporate yoga accommodating beginner to advanced students. Rates are reasonable & available upon request.
